@Courtney_J Mine is definitely change in hormones, but bright lights and dehydration definitely don't help. Occasionally I'll have a migraine not related to my cycle and I think those are triggered by stress. Sometimes if someone wears a strong perfume it gives me a headache, but nothing near my migraines.

Hi, I've just found that we can add migraine on here so I've just joined the group. My migraines are definitely caused by stress or if I don't sleep enough

My migraine is through stress I’m a worrier ,also I spend too much time on my iPad , have been prescribed 2 different types of pills but they made me feel like a robot , fuzzy headed and affect my eyes , so I guess it’s grab a neurofen , cover my eyes until it passes .

Hello everyone,
Let's talk about migraine triggers!
Do you know what causes your migraines? Is it changes in hormones? Stress? Fatigue? Dehydration? Low blood sugar? Bright lights? Certain odours? Are you able to avoid these triggers? What do you do to cope when they are unavoidable?
