Hi everyone 💙
For many people living with multiple myeloma, fatigue can be much more than simply feeling tired.
It may make everyday things like cooking, shopping, cleaning, going out or even concentrating feel much harder than usual.
Some days may be relatively good, while on others your energy can disappear much faster than expected.
That can make planning difficult. You may want to stay active and independent, but also need to listen to your body and rest.
💬 We’d love to hear about your experience:

Sometimes the hardest part of fatigue is that other people cannot see it.
What do you wish people understood about living with multiple myeloma fatigue?
With care,
