GTN spray for chronic pain: How much is too much?

Thank you for starting this important discussion about GTN spray and pain relief.

GTN (glyceryl trinitrate) spray is often prescribed to treat angina, but it's also sometimes used off-label to relieve pain in musculoskeletal conditions, especially tendon or joint pain, by improving blood flow. But how much is too much when it's bringing relief? That’s a tough question, especially when you’re dealing with persistent, debilitating pain.
