Hi Just joined today :)
Im on anti-depressants (Sertraline 100mg) and I used to take Tramadol (nasty opiet!) and also Pregablyn. Ive come off all the painkillers now, my problems have been in my neck after years as an illustrator.
Ive found meditation is a wonderful way to combat my issues. Sleep is sometimes difficult but, I downloaded an 8hr soundtrack from Youtube which is basically relaxing sounds of nature, water streaming through a forest and birds twittering. It really is beautiful and it helps me.
