I am all for anything that can save a young life. It's a shame it can'tbe done for older patients... My wife has epilepsy since she was 45. I can't say anything other than its scary to witness.

It has been recently developed a device to monitor young people with epilepsy while they sleep. This device sets an alarm if they are having a heart attack or any complication that might, unfortunatedly, lead to their death (as 58 percent of sudden, unexplained epilepsy deaths occur during sleep.)
