I am up to date with all vaccines, i.e. flu and covid.
I am not at the age yet to receive Shingles vaccine, and think only covid this year is for those that are vulnerable.

I have my flu jab every year without fail, but flatly refuse to have the Covid one after a bad reaction to the two I did have!
I can never understand parents who won't vaccinate their children claiming that they do them harm.

Hi
No I haven't had any vaccines , flu, shingles, etc for about 10 years now and I haven't had any issues with my health. I regularly take vitamins for my immune system I also have lemon and honey drinks, so I try to keep away from vaccines my choice of course.

How is feel about vaccines? I think some vaccines compromise with medication although we the public are not made aware of. Covid vaccines made me suspicious, how can a vaccine be approved after one year where as in my own research it takes approximately 10 years to approve vaccines, medication etc.

I try to live a healthy life, even though I have COPD and Osteoporosis. Eating properly drinking lots of water and exercise. I not perfect all of the time because at times I feel I have no energy. I've never been admitted to hospital since being diagnosed and I have never been upto date with vaccines ie Covid, flu etc even though I'm classed as vulnerable. My choice.

Hello everyone,
Vaccines have been one of the biggest medical advances in history, protecting us from diseases like measles, polio, pneumonia, flu, and even COVID-19. Many of us think of vaccines as something for children, but in reality, adults need boosters and new vaccines throughout life, especially as we age or live with chronic conditions.
π Doctors recommend adult vaccines such as the flu shot, COVID-19 boosters, the shingles vaccine, and pneumonia vaccines. But side effects, medications, and conflicting advice can sometimes make the decision feel confusing.
Weβd love to hear from you:
