Hello everyone!

How are you today? 😊

To deal with this chilly weather, I was wondering what your best tips are for staying healthy and avoiding catching a cold.

Here are a few of mine:

  • Washing hands regularly
  • Dressing warmly
  • Maintaining a balanced diet
  • Staying hydrated
  • Exercising regularly
  • Limiting close contact with sick people
  • Getting enough quality sleep
  • Being up-to-date on vaccinations
  • Managing stress to avoid weakening the immune system
  • Regularly ventilating indoor spaces

As someone with a chronic illness or close to someone who does, what specific precautions do you take during winter to avoid infections? Do you have any particular advice for strengthening the immune system? How do you manage your illness symptoms during winter?

Share your tips in the comments to strengthen the immune system and stay healthy during the colder months! 😊

Have a wonderful day!

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

I agree with all points you have raised. Taking one day at a time and staying positive certainly helps me keep healthy!
