Hi everyone hope you keeping OK I had a covid jab last week and it has left me with a really bad cold and my breathing is totally bad I was supposed to see a my grandson, great grandson, and my daughter in law this week but have felt really poorly, so couldn't see them as I don't want them to catch it, been waiting for a respitory appointment to go into a machine but haven't received the appointment yet but at the moment feeling really rough,

Doing well today. Hope you all are too. Any day I can wake up on this side of the dirt, its a good day--it beats the alternative!! I know there are a lot more people worse off than me, and a lot better than me. All we can do is our best! One foot in front of the other, one step at a time, and hang in there and be prayerful--he helps!
