If you watch small children, they follow intuitive feeding all the time. One week, they will eat more dairy, another week would be bread and cerials, fruit and vegetables , meat, and they'll have a sugary week too. Never force your kids to eat what you want them to eat. As much as possible , leave them to choose their own foods.

What does intuitive eating mean? I hardly eat all but I cooked and ate jerk chicken today but I feel very weak depressed and scared especially after the UK national alert today at 3pm. But I am trying to distract my worrying by watching Barbra Streisand in A star is born a lot of the songs reminds me of my dead mother and father and only sister. I'm still wrestling with my bereavements

Hi everyone,
Hope you’re doing okay today. 💙
There’s so much pressure these days to “eat right,” “cut this,” “avoid that,” or follow the latest food trend. But one approach that’s been gaining attention in recent years is intuitive eating.
Rather than focusing on strict rules or tracking calories, intuitive eating is about listening to your body’s hunger cues, eating when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full, and letting go of guilt around food.
🧠 For some, it can feel freeing, like finally making peace with food.
🥴 For others, especially those living with chronic illness, fatigue, or medication side effects, it might feel out of reach or confusing.
So today, I’d love to hear from you:
👉 Have you ever tried intuitive eating?
👉 What worked for you, and what didn’t?
👉 Do certain health conditions make this approach easier or harder?
