I've been thinking of starting a diet plan, and I thought I'd try Paleo diet. However, I'm not really sure I'll be able to stick to it, as I will have to avoid all processed foods, carbs, and I admit I find it hard to limit them, let alone avoid them completely.

So I'm looking for someone who is familiar with this diet plan and who can help me decide if this is right for me. Thanks!

@flowergirl No not the doctor, my sister in law went to her doctor who advised her to take the supplements for pain in joints ,So I started them as I have damage to all the discs in my back, So after time the stiffness went out of my back. I was told by consultations that after different tests over the years nothing could be done ,
