Sleep ? what's that ?

Hi everyone, I am currently socially distancing myself, this means as a frontline worker, I have been advised by my doctor to stay at home. My employer is not happy and keeps telling me I am not high risk, even though my doctor states that I am. Anyway, because of the stress, I am struggling to sleep. I keep telling myself to just rest when i can, i am lucky, my children are old enough to look after themselves.
I have not been out since the 18th of March, been in the garden this week and this has helped with my sleep pattern immensely. I have also found lavender to be really relaxing. I have body wash and moisture cream that I put on before bed.

I have trouble sleeping due to Tinnitus and is affecting my health, since we lock down I have to use sleeping tablets more than ever before so I’m not been able to function properly during the day.
I can say that Covi-19 and my Tinnitus are affecting my quality of sleep; as sleep plays an essential role in the proper functioning of my immune system I can say that I’m not coping very well so my BMs is up and down as never before.

Hi, my sleeping pattern has totally gone haywire. I've always had a trot to the loo, so I'm not bothered by that. I either driop off fine and then wake at 4 and can't get back to sleep or have trouble getting to sleep for about 2 hours. I sometimes get tingly feet, so I take a paracetamol and that usually does the trick, but lately even that is not working so I take another one - but I don't like doing that. Even on days when I go for quite a long bike ride, I still can't get to sleep. Reading in bed helps - but not last night - perhaps its the type of book? lol Mills n Boon here I come!

I can't remember the last time I had a good night sleep... I'm in and out of sleep all night long I'm always up before 6am in a morning... I've been getting loads of headaches some days are good but on bad days I feel so low... Like this month my Granson 4th birthday and I can't cuddle him or my only son... I missed going to the park to feed to ducks with him going for a meal we go for every fortnight... Nanny and Grandson time...mostly you can never get this time back... But kids grow so fast you miss loads when your not around thank god we have face time on gadgets... But it's not the same as a cuddle... Isolation is so hard sometimes... I keep trying to keep my thoughts positive because I know it's not for ever... Most important thing is there safe...
