I actually got my daughter to help me tidy up my office and sort out all my arts and crafts stuff yesterday. All ready for my new creations I thought. However, now I cant use my hands due to hematomas in all the knuckles of my fingers. I can't turn a door knob or hold a cup or a pencil or paintbrush. I tried switching my idea to reading a book but that hurts to hold it too. This is very painful. I wonder if it is caused by blood problems when I recently had Dengue Fever type 2. I am concerned that I am getting blood clots and that scares me. Has anyone else had this and what did they do to relieve it. Both my hands are red and hot with swelling too. What do I do now. Help please. I am typing this with index fingers only. Can anyone please help.

@GloriaG Hello Gloria,

I am so sorry to hear that you're currently going through this, how do you feel now? Did it improve afterwards over the weekend? Perhaps the best idea would be to go back to your doctor and tell them what is going on? It is great that you have your daughter helping you, don't hesitate to also contact her about this.

Hello again, yes it is still going on. My problem with seeing my doctor is that he is only available after 6 p.m. and as I live in a remote area I have to pay a driver to get me there, wait and return me to my home. It could be very costly. One never knows how long the queue will be. I am very tired all the time now, so I will go back to sleep now. Please if you have any advice can you email me. Thank you for caring....G
