I am struggling, I have been for months now. I am a loner, my dog is the only reason i move or i would be like a tortoise. I have lived with daily suicidal thoughts for decades, but today i feel closer..I'm less able to reason with them...I am lost

I feel frozen, i cant do anything i enjoy, I am a lump, useless wasting space time and oxygen

your definitely not alone, i litually cannot take much for crap from life today was horrible for me.

I dont really feel anything just emptyness, and yes my psy team know everything, but this is a scary thought the whole of the UK right there are no beds left in mental health today how bad is that! :O

No your not useless or a wasting space time and oxygen, use your voice to talk about stuff sometimes it helps sometimes not but better then sitting in silence, trust me i have done that all of my life but i dont want to anymore.

So i am talking about stuff about my mental health for once in my life and i am trying to help others too .

Take time to look after yourself and be kind to yourself, mental illness is no ones fault!
