can somebody help me please,

i don't know what to do,

i am feeling so lonely and my husband is aggravating the whole situation....

i don'y know what to do...

it's making me feel more alone sad and frustrated.....

i miss my mum...

i wish she was still alive....

feeling so low right about now

somebody please help if possible....

I am sorry that you are feeling so sad and alone. Do you live with someone or have some friends to go to? What do you do? Do you study or work? Why are you feeling so sad? Do you have problems...?

Thanks Gilda but things are getting too much to do with my husband and my racist neighbours who i called the Gardaí on but who in turn turned around on me but i am now like a prisoner in my home as a result i don't feel safe and i am not safe at home... i have done nothing wrong yet i am being treated like i have which is really wrong and not fair.. i am so worried for my sake and my kids sake's also... this is so messed up!!!!! i am on my own it's official.... can't trust nobody
