After periods of depression/anxiety,periods of taking anti-depressants and periods of well-being,I`ve recently come off Prozac after 8 months because `I was feeling better.` What a twit!

Suffice to say I`ve `slipped into a dark place` where getting out of bed, eating and washing are seemingly HUGE tasks.I just want to sleep. To sleep and hide under the duvet, hating myself.

GP has signed me off work for two weeks with depression.I am back on 20mg Prozac daily.Anxiety is crippling. Is this withdrawal? Will I ever feel better?

Ah dear hun, yes you will feel better again, just ride it out, i think because you know what  has helped and worked for you in the past, make sure that you tell GP again about what you know works for you! Because everyone is different, one of my mates who was on one anti depessant for about 3 years suddenly had a bad reaction, so like i said eveyrone is different and everyone changes with age, our bodies are always changing :)

Inbox me or message on here if you need more support, i try my best to help :)
