Hi everybody. I'm Mhairi, 32 and originally from Fife. I just recently joined the site so am still finding my feet. I have recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety after over ten years of various ups and downs in life. I've recently moved back to Fife after not living here permanently since young childhood and am looking to get a wee network on the go. Maybe some folk on here are from Fife too?

Anyway, just though I would say hi and introduce myself.

Hi Mhairi,

Nice to meet you, it can be quiet scary when you finally get the diagnosis, but at least you know that you can get the support that you need, I have been through yoyo depression first time when I was 17, and several times over the years, the most recent bout in 2011 due to ill health, until it finally started to turn about 6 months ago, but I still have my days.

I am new on here too , from Glasgow but not been home since about 12 so about 30 years currently living in London.

So while we may be miles apart, we are all under the one big sky, on a journey of a million miles, taking it step by step day by day, so welcome to my journey.
