I am currently getting bad bowel cramps and painful bloating. When I sneeze I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Has anyone else had this?

@Emmamck68 ... Have you consulted or telephoned your doctor to discuss or maybe arrange an appointment? Abdominal pain and bloating is no fun. I find that Buscopan can help help with the cramps.

I agree with lesmal that if the lower abdominal pain it's important to get it checked out by a doctor.
