@JosephineO I have had it in my spine since I was 50yrs old I am now 76yrs old my life is coming to a stop because of things I cant do I am now finding it hard to knit which I will have to give up soon because it now is affecting my shoulder and neck movement I can't walk far which people in my family don't understand and I find I am belittled It is affecting my mental health to because I was always the one to do be able to do things which I can't now The osteoarthritis is now is in my knees, fingers also

@Tazzbar For my Design Technology coursework I'm redesigning a writing pen to be more comfortable for people with hand arthritis or osteoarthritis. I'm looking for one or two people willing to have a short 20–30 min conversation (phone, video, or text) about everyday challenges with grip and writing tools. Completely anonymous, no medical questions — just your real experience.

Walking because i have it in both ankles and sleeping at night because i have it in my left shoulder, had three ops on ankles, waiting for an op on my shoulder.

Bending is painful due to my lower back. I also find using my left hand can be difficult depending on the task, ie washing dishes, typing etc due to wrist problems.
