Hi @Courtney_J‍ and @TaraJ#‍ I have neither the balance or flexibility to do yoga. I attempted it a few years ago when my joints were less painful, but I couldn't manage even the most basic of poses for long. I do use a couple to help my spine, which I was taught in Back School, 25 years ago and those are the cat and cow, I do those when things are particularly bad and they really help me to stretch things out, relieving pressure.

@YorkshireJayne I'm terrible with balance as well. I've done a few yoga classes over the years through my local council, but some of the positions I can't do. Too old and creaky I'm afraid. I've heard the child's pose is great for the back, but I have to do an adapted version because it's too hard on my hips.
