Hello everyone,

One of the biggest challenges of living with type 2 diabetes is finding the right balance between eating well and taking pleasure in your food, without feeling deprived or frustrated. Adjusting your diet can sometimes seem impossible, but there are surely ways to continue to enjoy your meals.

Share your ideas and tricks for keeping the joy of eating while taking care of your health. Your suggestions could really help other members better manage their diet and rediscover the pleasure of eating!

We’re eager to hear from you! 💬🍴

Take care,
