Hello everyone, how are you doing today?

Living with ulcerative colitis can bring a lot of anxiety, especially when a flare-up happens away from home. Whether it’s at work, during a social outing, or in any public setting, managing symptoms on the go can be a real challenge.

👉 How do you handle flare-ups when you're not at home?

👉 Do you have any strategies or tips that help you feel more at ease in those situations?
