I'm interested to know of anyone else's experience with this drug, or have you refused to take it given all the side effects?

Hello @SooB16,

This group is for sharing articles and news on medical issues.  I invite you to post your question in another discussion group which is more suited to this subject: Living with diseases affecting muscles, joints and/or skeleton.

If you have questions on using the site, please feel free to contact me. wink.png

Hi Margarita,

I've clicked on the link you gave and can't find that group? Actually find it rather difficult to navigate around this site. EG One can't answer a specific individuals post, and there doesn't seem to be a 'main' page directing one to the chronological order of 'posts' or particular 'groups' or 'threads'. Thanks.

I am actually on this drug and have had no side effects. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis following a fall that resulted in me breaking my ankle. I had previously broken other bones but the above had never been picked up.

Hi @SooB16,

Thanks for your message.

Actually, the link I sent you is the link to the discussion group named Living with diseases affecting muscles, joints and/or skeleton. Each group consists of several discussions on different topics. To enter a discussion, just click on its title. To create a new one in this group, click on "Create a new discussion" - a green button situated right under the name of the group.

To answer a specific person, you can tag him/her by using "@" like I did with your username. This way the person in question will receive a notification email and an alert on the site (a little icon in the form of a bell in the right upper corner of your screen).

To have an overview of all recent discussions in your discussion groups (related to your condition), go to the Forum in the SHARE section, then click on "Latest discussions" on your right.

If you have difficulties navigating around Carenity, please feel free to contact me anytime, I'm here to help! If you have ideas on how to improve the website, you are very welcome to share them and help us make Carenity better. wink.png

Kind regards,

Margarita
