I have been using Trimbow for nearly 2 years now, I take 2 puffs of Salamol first followed by 2 puffs of Trimbow, using a spacer device for both. This combination replaced Ventolin and another product, with very good results. I have not had to use a recue pack for over a year.

Switched to this from Seretide 250 but breathing slowly became worse. Doc explained that steroid element is less in Trimbow. Back to Seretide and much better again. May not suit everyone.

I swapped from Trelegy to Trimble and use a spacer and it seems to help two puffs twice a day. No side effects .

I have used Trimbow for a number of years. It certainly works okay for me. I just need a dose in the morning and it last until I have another dose in the evening.
