Hey Somya! 😊I’ve been trying an NHS weight-loss programme, and it’s been a mix. Some small changes really helped, but other things felt hard to stick with long-term. I think remission is possible for some people, but it can feel like a lot of pressure at times. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

You may have heard more about “remission” recently — especially with NHS programmes focused on weight loss. Some people are able to bring their blood sugar levels back to a non-diabetic range… but experiences vary a lot.
For some, it feels hopeful. For others, it can feel unrealistic or even frustrating.
💬 Let’s talk about it openly:
✨ Whether you’ve tried, succeeded, struggled, or are just curious — your perspective matters.
