Hi everyone, for those of you who have been or are currently on Metformin, have you seen it become less effective over time? If so, what was the next step for you in your diabetes care? Did you switch to a different dose? A different medication entirely?

Just wanted to ask what meds for type 2 you are all on?
I have been on metformin for 2yrs now and can't get my hba1c below 50 .
Has anyone extras and if so what do you take instead 🤔
