I had it short term for restless leg syndrome. It was extremely effective for that, and i didn't have any noticeable side effects.

Has anyone tried pramipexole or know anything relevant about it (above what is on Wikipedia and other similar sites)? This is mentioned on NHS Choices for Fibromyalgia which means that perhaps there is a chance I could get it prescribed. I am looking at what I may be able to get on NHS that I haven't tried already. Nothing has worked so far. I have already tried tricyclics, AEDs and SSRIs and stopped all due to side effects and little pain relief.
