As you have probably read all the above comments, I wonder if you would give Turmeric milk with Black pepper for Arthritic pain a try. Ginger and Pineapple are also good for pain. Also rubbing Voltarol pain ease Gel, or Glucosamine gel, Emu oil those sort of things into your joints. You will first need to check with your GP as you are on Warfarine. You can also try exercising your fingers and thumbs after warming your hands up first. Are you able to swim? Gentle exercises in the pool will help with you knee pain. Hope you will find some ways to relieve your pain, as there is 9othing worse than living with constant pain. I wish you good luck

Some time back you had said that you were going to try coconut oil massage in to your painful knees. I wonder if you have tried, and has it helped? I would be interested to find out if it did, so I can give it a try too.

Hi folks,
I have had both shoulders replaced and my right hip due to OA can I ask has anyone tried taking Tumeric and/or Cinnamon which is recommended to help OA discomfort,if so what were your findings?
