Hello Damien,
It’s completely understandable to feel concerned about your brother, and it’s really caring that you want to support him without making him feel judged. 💕
Everyone’s relationship with food can be different, and approaching the conversation with kindness, patience, and curiosity may help him feel safe enough to share how he’s doing.

Have you ever supported a family member or loved one who was having difficulties with food or eating? What helped you start the conversation, and how did you make sure they felt supported rather than judged?
Your experiences and advice could be really helpful for someone in a similar situation.
Take Care,

Hi everyone,
I’m a bit worried about my brother. He’s been struggling with obesity for quite a while, and lately I’ve noticed that his relationship with food doesn’t seem very healthy.
I don’t want to make things worse by talking too much about his weight or telling him what he should or shouldn’t eat. At the same time, I’m worried that he could develop an eating disorder or that there might already be something going on that I’m not noticing.
I’m not really sure how to approach the subject without making him feel judged or uncomfortable.
Has anyone been in a similar situation with a family member? How did you talk to them about food and their health without making things worse?
