@Courtney_J I like this idea! Thank you! My wife and I really enjoy our slow little mornings together - that first cup of tea over the morning paper and breakfast. Now that summer is coming we've been able to take our breakfast in the garden which is just grand. I'm not sure if this is a sign of improvement, but my wife has recently seen a bit of renewed flexibility and range of movement in her knee now that we've started tai chi together. Take care everyone!

@Courtney_J I love the calm at the end of the evening when the kids and my husband have gone to bed and the house is quiet. I like to take that time for myself and sneak in an episode of something on Netflix and maybe a sweet or two. It's my little moment of "me time" every day.

Hi, I haven't seen many improvements lately in my OA. But I do enjoy this nicer weather so I can get out into the garden.

@Winchurch1 I couldn't agree more. It's one of the reasons I'm always sad to see the summer fade away.

I'm staring down the barrel of surgery for my OA and I'm worried about it. I've been careful with covid and the idea of being in hospital and then going through the pain and recovery isn't motivating.
But I guess I should look at the bright side, it may finally bring me some relief!
Hope all are well.

Osteoarthritis is in our genes so unfortunately I am finding out the hard way as I'm getting older! I'm now 64 but won't let this stop me from being independent as usual. I've had osteoporosis since November 2018 and take Risedronate Sodium for it.
I love being independent, waking up at 4.30am when the air is beautiful and fresh and of course, now its winter, so dark. My dog and my husband keep me going and I take one day at a time.
Hang in there... Life goes on!
