How do you cope with this risk? Does your doctor provide you with any advice on how to prevent falls?

Thank you. I have Osteoporosis in both my Hips and my GP has prescribed, Adcal-D3 Vitamin "D" Capsules 750 mg, to take 2, twice a day. Also " a Weekly Tablet named, Alendronic Acid 70mg. I have had Osteoporosis for a number of years, but now it's just getting worse, pain wise. My GP told me that after seeing my latest EX Ray results. "If I fall, my left Hip will SNAP" I am 76 yrs of age & Female.
