I do not often practice gratitude unless reminded to do so. But I do think it had benefits and it would be nice if I made it a habit.
Today I am grateful for my wonderful family who supports me on my good and bad days <3

This is a good thing to do. I also don't do often- but why not try.
Today I am grateful for my dog, Stewart. He keeps me company and makes me smile when I am not feeling my best.
