For me it’s the hyperhydrosis, I hate breaking out in sweat for sometimes just standing to boil a kettle.. the summer is worse but happens in winter too and as it’s worse from my head and neck my hair always looks greasy and wet and I’ve since developed eczema in my scalp because of it being damp all the time.. if I could be greedy and have 2 things I’d love to wake up even just once and feel like I had slept well and was able to kick start my day xx

Definitely the pain. Everything constantly hurts right through to my bones. I take prescription drugs but when it’s really bad nothing seems to work anymore. I become housebound, can’t walk properly, can’t do anything so normal things like housework, driving my kids around and cooking dinner becomes a nightmare. My kids sometimes have to help me get dressed and i can’t get in or out of the bath without someone there to help. Today is a really bad day but I do get periods of remission sometimes. Normally a virus or infection starts my deterioration but it can also come with stress. Sadly, I don’t lead a stress free life nor will I be able to for the immediate future. It’s a vicious circle because stress can kick it all off but it’s stressful feeling like this too because I feel like a useless mother, daughter and friend and I can’t see an end to it all.

Definitely the fatigue.  I could fall asleep at my desk some days.  Often I wake up at 2 in the morning so my sleep is interrupted but if I try and catch up the next day then I can't sleep the next night.  It's a vicious circle.  I work from home thankfully but there are days when I don't know how I will get through the day and stay awake.

The hollow, gut wrenching, good for nothing feeling you get from depression!

I should say one of the important symptoms like balance And coordination but actually the most restrictive for me is the toilet issues, it's the one out of everything that makes travel stressful and sometimes impossible and days out super stressful and causing panic everywhere we go if I can't  find an open toilet right away.
