Thanks to those who have already shared such thoughtful advice — it’s amazing to read your reflections!
For anyone who hasn’t joined in yet, what’s one piece of wisdom you would give your younger self? And for those who already posted, has there been anything new in your life recently that would change your advice if you could go back?
Sharing these thoughts can be really inspiring for others, and it’s a wonderful way to celebrate the lessons life has taught us. 💬
Have a great day,

@Somya.P I would tell my younger self to only surround yourself with positive thinking people who are good for you.
Also, you can't go back and create a new beginning but you can start now and create a new ending.

@GillianForster Hi🌼
Thanks for sharing! Just curious — have you quit smoking completely, or are you still in the process? How did you manage to do it (or plan to)?
Your experience could really help others who are trying to stop!

@BigMacGregor Hi🌟
What a beautiful piece of advice! Surrounding yourself with positive people and focusing on creating a “new ending” is so inspiring. 💛
For others reading, how do you surround yourself with positivity in your daily life? And for you, has putting this advice into practice changed anything recently?

@Somya.P Thank you. On a more negative front, I believe that in this modern World, the more I learn, the less I understand.

@JanetteR Hi 🌟
Such a simple but powerful reminder — making every day count and valuing our health is so important!
For others reading, what are some ways you try to make the most of each day? And how do you remind yourself not to take your health for granted?

Have exercise a part of your younger life. Join loads of clubs activities so you are never alone and can make good friendships. Find a job with a good career path, never stay in a job just for the money. Find a career you are passionate about. Try and find some faith in your life, so you can have someone divine to talk to when you are going through difficult times. Always treat people with respect and dignity, everyone has their troubles so be kind to everyone. Never give up you will come through difficult times. ❤️🙏

Hi thanks for your message. I would tell my younger self to love myself more and not be bothered what others think of me. I would also have tried harder to be more sociable and made friends with more people. I’ve always suffered with anxiety and depression as well as UC so it’s held me back and still does sadly.
