I would have learnt more about how are own Body's Actually Work Now at 77 I have so many debilitating Stomach and Bowel health Issues which are Greatly Affecting My Own Quality of Life With hindsight I Now feel in Part this is due to Me Not Eating Healthily Enough and indeed taking too Much different Medications (Particularly NSAIDS)

@mack73 It’s true that we often don’t realize how delicate the balance is between what we eat, the medications we take, and how our bodies react until much later. If you could go back, is there anything specific you’d do differently in terms of your diet or medication choices? Or something you’ve changed recently that’s made you feel a bit better?

I made the mistake of starting smoking to 'make friends' when I started senior school! Biggest mistake I made.
