Every day on Carenity, there is a huge amount of you that share information about your condition, you talk about different subjects with different members, you get informed, you give your opinion, and you contribute to medical knowledge...

In this context, we would like to bring you together around a subject: #Together on Carenity.

We want to know what this means to you, through an anecdote, an everyday story in Carenity: how “being together” has helped you to learn more and cope with your condition, how you see that it has changed your “engagement” in your health…

Don’t hesitate in expressing all you want on this discussion and keep in mind that this will help other members to not feel alone in Carenity.

If you would like to be interviewed and share a longer testimonial, like the one of Ann, don’t hesitate in contacting me.

Thanks everyone! #together, we are stronger

Gilda

What a disappointment! A new topic is started and it is 8 posts before anyone can reply on subject. I received the email about this thread just now and thought I'd take a look to see how others were finding things here. I didn't expect to have to wade through so many off topic posts to get to the meet of the thread. Forums or bulletin boards are easy enough to use. You decide what you want to talk about and look for a thread on that subject, if there isn't one then you start a new thread on that subject. Not just post under any thread. Even after being reminded to stay on topic by admin, people still try to hijack the thread.

For me the most important thing is for us to stand together. I can't know what others are going through, just as they can't know what I battle with. The real magic happens when someone comes out with a little comment, and you have that "Wow" moment; they have just summed up how I'm feeling in such a brilliant way.

I still struggle with the format of the web site, as I have posted elsewhere. I know that is being addressed, so will not comment further. As a community I am always pleased to see people helping one another. I do feel the best help comes from those who have experience of similar problems.

In short my feeling is, "We are all in this together, lets give each other a leg up". That is what is happening keep up the good work.

Cheers,

A.

For me Carenity has been a way to learn how to take care of myself and know that I am not alone against this condition and that I can make it.

Being together in Carenity... I've learned how to love myself, which is the most important thing to get out of this hole. I've had a lot of support and I am much thankful for that.
