Computer games, when even when some 12 year old can wipe the floor with me, winning is unimportant, enjoying the game is far entertaining and relaxing, something the younsters need to learn!

Listening to music, i.e. Leonard Cohen, Judy Collins, Joan Baez, so it's brings my soulmate back to me since he's been gone, I have been lost, they give him back to me for awhile, put on a beeswax rememberance candle my sister bought for me last year!

Listen to music and do breathing exercises, but on Thursdays it's yoga evenings, it really destresses me. I also enjoy singing on my Friday morning singing group.

I have an unusual way to relieve stress I collect soft cuddly bears and unicorns I love the care bears and my little pony and peppa pig and igglepiggle from in the night garden too
