I do when no one is with me I have to use a child's plate and I have to use complan shakes which gives me the vitamins and minerals that the body needs as I like drinking lots of fluids you could always speak to anyone that knows what is going on I find that my best friend is good to talk to or find something you like to do tell the feeling passes for me art, animals or studying first aid I would recommend occupying yourself or talking to someone yes pets are good for that if you have one because they don't judge

Hope this helps
