Hi I have been on Sertraline since 2016 & have made the decision to come off of my medication.

I was on 25mg,but upped to 50mg which I was on for years.

a fortnight ago I decided to wean myself off by halving down to 25mg all this month,in October just take 25mg every other day & then stop.

I have suffered awful headaches & shivery cold symptoms, tearful moments but to be honest sertraline has taken a lot of my emotions away

I couldn’t cry have no interest in sex what’s so ever.

I am going through the menopause too so that’s not helping.😆

mid there any other lovely people out there weaning off medication or thinking of doing it ?
