I lost my job in Dec and I am finding everything a little bit tough. I am struggling with my mental health and looking after myself. I hate the way I look and the urge to self harm every single night is sometimes too much I get angry with myself. I also seem to of lost a lot of my friendships I had through work and I just feel so alone and unwanted and stupid.
