Just want to share a couple of thoughts whilst i`m in a good place (which for the record is happening more these days)

There are 7.125 Billion people living on this planet and i am the only me. This makes me an individual and the only person out of all those billions that thinks like me so i`m not surprised that not everyone understands me or gets my point and it is up to me alone to choose what path i take in life.

So what does "normal" mean? I personally dont think normal exists because of the diversity involved in living on such a crowded planet. I embrace being me, i understand being different because of illness is not a choice and it is certainly no-ones right to tell me how i should live my life because they dont know me like i do.

The most helpful and supportive people i know are those with a little insight. Those people that offer me choices and not those that cant understand why i`m not just a "norm".

Anyone who is struggling understanding an illness that is invisible or feeling like they dont belong, reach out and talk to someone who might have a little insight and not those who`s daily battle is to be the same as the other 7.125 billion, That would be impossible !
