Hey Bnee, I did, I Had a Hysterectomy in 2012 due to a Large Inter Muscular uterine tumour, but I had been suffering with it even before my tumour. still got my ovaries so still get some of the symptoms, but not anywhere as bad and of course no bleeding now.

I still get swollen and bloated, and overian pain, and mood swings and depressed days.

How about you ?

im taking a antidepressants to control the symptoms of PMDD,and they have helped immensely, but I still have days where I'm depressed, super angry and agitated to the degree where I have to stay away from people. Luckily for me,my partner has learned to recognise the signs and doesn't take my snipes seriously.

It truly is a daily battle. but I'm smiling through it.

I have to laugh at that comment, I had a Hysterectomy in 2012 and my husband can still tell where I would be in my cycle, the only way I know is he comes in with my favourite chocolate without me asking, especially when I am in sniper mode, adding to that we now have 2 teenage daughters, who are just as moody, I was on Fluxotine 60 mg, it did work wonders, but some of it was just because a was a walking Zombie at times.

It was worth it though, and Yes I also had down days, but that is the bodies hormones fluctuating , the antidepressants wont change that, I used to get really tearful, I was luck in as much as I was a stay at home mum at the time, so I would put on a tear jerker and run my self a nice bath and sob it all out, and I always felt amazing after, I think like you say it was pent up emotions, anger at everything and every one I didn't want to be around people, agitation because I felt like a caged animal some days , sadness for feeling awful all the time, guilt for being some what of a Mega B***h.

How long have you been on medication for it ? Have they checked you for Fibroids ? they don't have to be massive to be a pain in the backside, mine was causing havoc for over a year before I found it.

Love light and Peace x
