Off with anxiety for second time in 2 years, been there 5 years. They are wanting me to go to their Dr and give permission to look at my Med records. Been on anxiety/depression tablets 5 times in past 10 years In total. Can they dismiss me for not telling them when joined?

What are my rights?

@sherlock3d... I'm not sure where you are based but don't see how and why you should be dismissed. No company as far as I know is allowed to dismiss you on medical grounds!

If they have known about your medical problem from the commencement of your employment, then I don't see what they are querying.

Perhaps mention this to your own Doctor also, and find out more!
