Hi Ryano95...I'm sorry your having bad panic attacks. I've had the same feeling in my brain too following a cardiac arrest in 1975. Then I had 2 epilepsy fits within that year but, none since then. I didn't have any of the feelings you are talking about with the fits, I just got a bad headache and a piercing flashing light, then I was told I passed out and my body shook. I've had some panic attacks myself, they are quite scary I must say.

I have also been having some bad headaches, fuzzy brain, sharp severe pains in the head and almost passed out and memory loss. This went on for years without my GP sending me to see a neurologist. My GP thought I was a Hypochondriac. I had a bad row with him, so he sent me to a neurologist. The first time I saw the consultant I was told there is nothing wrong with me. Next time I went back to see the consultant I was diagnosed with a rare brain condition called  Arnold Chiari Malformation which can only be diagnosed with an MRI scan, that was in 2006.

I was told about this book called 'Self Help For Your Nerves' by Claire Weeks. You will find the book on Amazon. I swear by this book because it has helped me a great deal over the years helping me to help myself with my own health conditions, and to help me to help another member of my family who has many severe health conditions. And, also helps with other general situations in life...Dr. Claire Weeks has wrote a few books.

I hope some of what I have said here is of some help to you. And I hope this is a good day for you.

Best Wishes Astra!
