What is your COPD story? Let's share!

was diagnosed with copd 2 years ago and prescibed Incruse Ellipta and Relvar Ellipta inhalors. Was diagnosed with a spirometry test. Is this the only test for copd and how do I know if its Empysema or Bronchitas? 

Sorry I have had work going on in the house sorry  my chest has be killing me and anxiety  is a bit up in the air be feeling really tired this week
