Hello,

I propose each of you shares here the top 3 things that help you manage your disease. The things or people or actions without which you feel you couldn't cope.

Is it your treatment? Your physical activity? Your doctor? Your patient association's leader?

Now going for my B12, but apart from the odd problems with my legs all going well. The best news is my new wetroom, it's a OMG thing

No Thanks to the BL, they paid the biggest part, but I think it would have been in the Reagen of about £10000, the company who done the job was The John Ford Group

I’m new to this site. I live in the US. I would love some ideas on how to deal with severe spascity. I take the Botox shits every 3 months. It controls the pain but doesn’t touch the spascity. Do you know if anything else that could help,
