Yes, I have felt judged because of my weight, even by healthcare professionals. Sometimes it makes you feel like everything is your fault. It can be very painful and discouraging. Living with diabetes and weight issues is already hard, and many of us are trying our best every day. What I wish people understood is that we don’t need judgment, we need kindness and support!!!!
That’s why spaces like this mean a lot to me. 💜
