hi I'm Teresa I have been told I have osteoarthitis in spine knee hips . Because I have Barrett's esoughagus there is no a lot of pain medication I can take. Put on pons ton which is not too bad. Does your diet have any bearing on this condition. I'm over weight which is no good I believe. Looking forward to reading other people's stories X thanks

Hi @Maryteresa !

In order to learn about other members' experience, I advise you to look into the following discussion group: Living with diseases affecting muscles, joints and-or skeleton. There are also two discussions opened on the topic of osteoarthritis: https://member.carenity.co.ukhttps://www.carenity.co.uk/forum/muscles-skeleton-joints/living-with-diseases-affecting-muscles-joints/osteoarthritis-977 & https://member.carenity.co.ukhttps://www.carenity.co.uk/forum/muscles-skeleton-joints/living-with-diseases-affecting-muscles-joints/osteoarthritis-948, where you can also post your question to get some feedback ;)

Have a nice evening.

Margarita
