RA morning stiffness can make early hours particularly tough. Everyday tasks most people do without thinking - opening a jar, fastening buttons, holding a coffee mug, or turning a key, suddenly require much more effort.

💡 Tools and tips for RA hand stiffness:

• Adaptive devices & assistive tools: Many find relief using wide-grip utensils, automatic jar openers, or button hooks.
• Warmth & movement: Warm water, heating pads, compression gloves, or gentle hand stretches can help loosen stiff joint tissues.
• Routine tweaks: Simply pacing morning activities or prepping the night before can ease early joint strain.

Because every journey with rheumatoid arthritis is different, what works for one person may not work for another.
