I have been fightin and learning to deal with Anxiety and depression and mood swings since 2004. I have been put on some medication since feb 2015. I was doing well until the last 3 months where gradually my feelings totally shut down. Its now affecting my marriage and my children.

I start cognitive therapy on tuesday. But has anybody else had these same feelings?
