Hi, I regularly take Cinnamon, Chromium, Apple Cider Vinegar supplements. Occasionally Turmeric. I have done a fair bit of reading and these are all thought to beneficial for diabetics.

Seriously??? And do they really help? Cause I think I want to start a more natural path instead of being on meds all the time. Does this help you eat a bit better, I mean eat more of everything? Cause I think that is my problem. I just can't get around the idea of eating super healthy all the time. I know my body needs it, but it breaks my heart to see that everyone else eats whatever they want and I have to be extra careful... :(

I don't think by taking the supplements it would allow you to eat whatever you want. You would still need to be as careful as usual. I personally think the supplements help but I make no medical claim whatsoever.

I take inusol,  chromium,  cinnamon and I'm not really sure if they make a difference as diet is not very good.

I'm a supplement nut, sadly. I take chromium, alpha lipoic acid, chitosan, vitamin d, vitamin b group, fish oil, vitamin e, apple cider vinegar, magnesium, bromelaine etc etc etc. I feel they all have their benefits, I take them on alternate days, except for the vitamin d which I take every day.
